The Mission

Pareiro was born out of a need for a financial tool that doesn't dictate how you manage your money. Most apps force you into rigid categories; we built this to be Agile. Whether you are tracking a traditional bank account, a digital wallet like Revolut, a crypto cold-storage device, or literal cash under your mattress, this platform treats them all as first-class citizens.

How it Works

We believe your financial data should be as fast as your thoughts. That’s why we built this using a cutting-edge, high-performance stack:

• Real-Time Agility: Powered by TanStack Start and Bun, the app provides a lightning-fast, "instant-feel" interface.
• Total Data Ownership: Unlike cloud-only platforms, we use PocketBase as a portable, self-hosted backend. Your data lives in your environment, not on a third-party server.
• Flexible "Money Types": Our architecture is designed for the modern world. You can create custom "Accounts" for any asset type, currency, or location, making it the most flexible tracker for international users.

Privacy & Security

Security isn't an afterthought—it's the foundation.

• Isolated Infrastructure: Every instance of Pareiro runs in its own Docker container, shielded by an Nginx reverse proxy.
• No Third-Party Tracking: We don't sell your data because we don't even see it. The connection between your browser and your database is direct and encrypted.
